An Open Petition from the American People

“If a government stops acting according to established, equal, and just laws, and instead acts based on the arbitrary will of the rulers, it has forfeited its authority.” – John Adams

In the course of human events, when a government fails to uphold the rule of law, they have forfeited their authority and it is necessary for the people to unite and take action before any more chaos ensues. We have reached such a time in our American history. Our once stalwart institutions are refusing to hold the lawless accountable and no longer fulfilling their moral duties. It is time for the American people to take back our government, stand on the US Constitution and reclaim our Republican Freedom as declared by our founding fathers 250 years ago.

“Salus populi suprema lex esto” – The welfare of the people shall be the supreme law.

How did we get here? Post civil war, the Reconstruction Amendments were a calculated overthrow of the de jure based state governments in order to take federal control of the United States of America. Under the guise of freeing slaves, these clever amendments began the elimination of state sovereignty and laid the foundation for our modern day de facto predicament where we have no say in government and as US Persons do not own property – not our bodies, our land or even our children.

Senate Resolution #62 April 17, 1933: “The ultimate ownership of all property is in the State; individual so-called “ownership” is only by virtue of government, i.e., law, amounting to mere user and use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State.”

To this end, we the undersigned pursue recognition of the republic state governments as guaranteed under Article 4 Section 4 of the Constitution. Lawful Americans will once again be the body politic of their state governments and be able to keep their states and the US Federation in check.  Treasonous criminals will finally be held accountable through proper separation of powers and justice.  Executive orders, continual wars and today’s plutocracy will stop and non-usury money will be printed for the benefit of the American people and the world.  We will be equipped to again function as governors as Hugo Black eloquently stated 60 years ago. America can only be truly great again if we the people unite under Republican Freedom – it is an imperative necessity.
